| Your comments made me laugh, so tell me, did you find this in a Walmart parking lot ??? It's funny with this challenge, some of the interesting things we're learning about weeds and their beauty. This is a lovely capture, focus is just perfect and colors are right on. Lighting is wonderful. |

I like your composition - good lighting and the buds in the background really give the viewer a good idea of the plant shape.
Enjoyed reading your information, too. We don't have this species in Kansas (evidently a good thing). I found out that 1 plant can produce up to 50,000 seeds/year! |

really really nice! i love the color
you know, this looks suspiciously similar to what I am calling Bachelor Buttons...but I don't think of that as a profliferative pest..hmm |

| I like the shadows crossing in amoung the petals. Adds lots of texture. |

| Is it prickly on the stem-invasive pest AKA weed ! Nice image, very sharp on the flower and the buds in BG put it in a natural setting . |
