I know the blur will probably not be liked, but this was taken while the wok was being shaken and I like the way the vegetables have such crazy motion blur.

I think this was quite under-rated :(

Very out of focus. Hard to tell what veggies are there.

Composition - quite good
Technical Aspects - good
Meets Challenge - yes
Visual Impact / Originality – high/ quite high
Other suggestions – I'd preferred to see less ( no ) motion on left side to more clearly show motion on the right vs a bad focus or moving camera.

Wow! The colors here are brilliant! Good eye. I do wish it were in focus though. Good luck in the callenge. Gracious aka Grayce

To me, there seems to be a yellowish cast to the picture. Otherwise, fairly good use of blur to convey movement. karmat

I think there needs to be more blur that really show motion to be affective, Good idea.

When the whole picture is blurred I don't have anything to base the imposed movement on. Nothing to compare to so it loses its impact for me.

i like this shot, it is a refreshing change to the other photos and is also pretty good. I like the intentional blur because it adds movement and sound. (Okay I'm Bonkers, you dont have to tell me, but the blurryness adds life, and therefor I can hear it cooking.) -- Konador

Would have like to see just a little something in focus

good feeling of motion... but I would have liekd it if at least one part of this was in focus.

Too much blur, a higher shutter speed would have helped

Good color. A little faster on the shutter to cut the blurring a little, and a little less yellow in the WB would suit my PERSONAL taste a bit better, but I like the idea. High marks. - mjcecil

I love stir-fry. The blur is an honest motion blur, but a little too much. Part of it on the left looks like it wants to be in focus.

I get the idea, but the blurring is really almost too distracting.

I like your use of motion blur in this photo to create a sense of action... I can almost smell this cooking :) - great shot! - jmsetzler

use of motion is an original treatment of a standard subject.

I like the idea of this photograph. However, it seems more blurred thatn an object in motion.

I get the effect you were going for, but IMO, it's over the top, too much motion. If you were being chef and photographer at the same time, get help. 7 Swash

I think I know what you were going for here. A slightly slower shutter speed might have given more of a "moving" effect. It would also have made it a bit brighter. 7

A goiod idea which doesn't quite come off for me. There is too much blur and it is confusing. 5 Jak

Great color but I would have liked it better without the motion blur.

This is a good idea with good artistic meritâ€Â¦ But, perhaps, the effect is just a little over doneâ€Â¦
