smart use of blur. makes this picture a bit mysterious.

Looks like your focus is too close here. You need to focus around 2/3 into your shot which will make everything clear and crisp. A tripod (or steady surface) is also essential for long exposures.

I like the colourful reflections, though your photo should be really sharper. What happened to the border? I think it would be better if there would be border on all four sides or none at all.

They've landed! The blurry fore and back ground are a bit distracting so I'm not sure if it's a UFO or an airplane.

Greetings... Your border here feels a bit odd... This photo meets the challenge but it is, overall, not sharp enough for my taste, and there is no particular point of interest. It may have some abstract quality that could be appealing to some.

I think this might have been a little more effective had something been in sharper focus. There's not a lot to see of much interest, I'm afraid.
