The wave action really does make it look like the tank is rising from the water. Is the horizon slightly lower on the right or is it an illusion?

That is pretty wild. sure looks like it is rising out of the water. The shadwos on the rocks on the left hold this back. Maybe you should have cropped them out. 6.

This seem like it could be quite interesting but the foreground is very dark and it's difficult to tell what's going there.

My eyes are deceiving me... Can't tell what's going on here. Whatever it is, it's very cool. Definitely makes one stare for a long time.

This is a very well executed shot, but to me it's more about the object rising from the sea than the sea itself. Also, the horizon needs straightening.
