Post Challenge -
IMO anyone who voted to DNMC this is wrong. It's land. The building is one made in Japan and the design is literally based on the Grand Canyon. It's Called Namba Parks and it's quite beautiful, although all the shops are quite expensive.

The processing seems a bit heavy on the skyline, the tree on the right has lost some detail.

Not really land, but a cool 'canyon' nonetheless.

This is a great image but you got really carried away in post processing. The colors, especially in the sky are far too saturated. This is quite oversharpened which is evident in the halos around the people. When you get right down to it you need to ask yourself: Is this anything like what I saw through the view finder?

I really like the uniqueness of this shot however. Most city shots are taken of skylines etc whereas this one takes the "inside" the city perspective. The curves of the buildings are esthetically pleasing and I like how you chose a portrait shot for this picture especially with the path in the middle to lead your eye through the image. Exposure is pretty good especially considering the lighting you had to work with.

interesting concept, too bad it's overprocessed, the sky is blown, the trees are too soft. greens and blues are oversaturated, too

It reminds me of The Narrows in Zion National Park where my husband and I spent part of last years vacation.

the blue blown out sky kinda of bothers me but no that much. THe canyon more than makes up for it. 9 from me, good luck in the challenge.

Its a nice place to take photo, but the sky tells a dark story of a levels blown through the roof.
