| Washed out trunk and too-dark leave. Hard to balance the light in such a long dof. |

| The bottom of the trunk is too bright, this spoils the impact of the shot in my opinion. |

| Even with the blown out highlights in the lower tree trunk and the not so original POV, I like the take on this night shot. The tree is contrasted well with the night sky. |

| I like the way this trunk was lit up and the underleaves. It makes a unique perpsective and an interesting picture. Nice work 9 |

| Interesting but the tree is slightly overexposed, lower portion. Seems to be slightly soft or out of focus. This is so close. |

| Pointing the camera up a tree doesn't strike me as interesting or requiring much imagination, as evidenced by the number of people who chose to do it for this challenge. While the lighting is differeint, the blown out area at the bottom of the frame is extremely distracting and the color is unappealing. Sorry, 2. |
