I'm not sure I like where you placed the sun in your composition. I don't think the sun itself is your subject and its placement makes it a distraction from the other more interesting things going on in the photo. |

He's sitting at the end of the pier. What a beautiful shot. I love how you've captured the sun so well. You even got "rays" on the piers roof. Maybe that was done in pp but either way it works for me. Looks like a perfect morning. (I suppose it could be a sunset and evening but I get the feel of morning). 8 |

Now I'm humming Otis Redding ;-) Pretty scene; that unused chair looks very inviting! |

Interesting capture; another image that I initially set at 6 and now, writing comments, I have no idea why. Excellent, interesting colors, brilliant capture directly into the sun, strong composition and choices made. I must have been grumpy first time around. 8. |

Beautiful, if this was in a holiday brochure then I would want to go here, yes I can see Waldo and I bet they are enjoying the wonderful warmth of the setting sun that you have captured so well |

Nice colors. There is a bit too much foreground, for my taste, leading me to believe a horizontal crop may work better. |

Beautiful composition and colors. Love the silhouette and the shadows. IMO a tighter crop at the bottom would have helped the shot a bit more. But still a great shot. Nice work. |
