Colour/lighting seems too dark. Glare on left-hand (cupboards?) is distracting from the focal point (hats).

Great hat trick! With the reflection on the counter, it makes the eyes a bit more hidden, to me at least. Quite a surprise to see the stare :)

Great idea, and I think the final result works well with the subject. Inside, in a kitchen, just the eyes showing. I like it. I might have put the other two hats in the same line as the Waldo hat (maybe putting them on your hands?), but otherwise I think the whole look of this serves it well.

OK its a little bit noisy but I truly love this shot. A wonderful and very clever take on the competition, you may suffer in the hands of some voters but as an idea I give this a solid 7 - super

great idea. the poor resolution of the image does let you down, slightly. perhaps if yu worked with it - maybe making this a b&w image, so the grain is more a part of the image, rather than interfering, that might help.
