With winter being upon us in NZ the weather was not my friend. There were few dry spells in which to shoot this and when it wasn't raining the sun was always in the wrong place - in this shot it was just to the left of the frame. This caused some processing fun to make the image acceptable.

As for the people, there are a couple walking down the road just to the left of the tree below the monument.

It is a nice image but on my monitor it is way over processed.

Someone walking at the top end of the visible part of the curved road. Nice picture.

Man, you were lucky (or very patient). Every time I try to get a shot of the hill, there's a squillion fitness fanatics and tourists in cars getting in the way. Great job on the colour and light.

Great landscape, are there two Waldos on that road? Beautiful colouring and you have got the blues and the greens really complimenting each other

Lovely. Such wonderful shades of green, such a blue, blue sky, monument almost in complete shadow, but with details working to show through. Composition is spot on, makes me want to run up the road to "Waldo" and ask what's over the hill. Delightful. 8.

Awesome colors (though the grass may be a bit green). I like how the structure and the two trees add movement to the shot by providing two places for the eyes to rest.

Very nice shot, and great colour in this image. The sky colour looks a little off to me though, not sure if that was natural, or a result of post processing.

I think there was definitely too much dodging on the hill, it looks uneven and overprocessed, however your composition is brilliant. great line and assymetrical balance

I would have given you a higher score if you had giving the viewer a reasonable chance to find Waldo on their own (hiding in plain sight)and not reducing him to ant size and setting them on a metaphorical mountain it doesn't work.

Nice composition and shot, I wish that waldo would have been a bit more visible. Thank goodness for the lighter road. Colors are brilliant nice work.

HEE HEE - found 'im. Good thing I have on my reading glasses. ROFL Love the setting. I might play with levels to enrich the greens a smidge. ;~D

I might be wrong, but I see two Waldos. otherwise good shot, jsut a bit too much dodging on the right side of the hill

Beautiful, but I really can't see Waldo... maybe down the hill but if that is the case then there are two waldos??
