Challenge: New Year's Resolution II (Classic Editing)
Camera: Nikon Coolpix 4500
Location: Hayden, Idaho
Date: Jan 4, 2004
Galleries: Nature, Macro
Date Uploaded: Jan 6, 2004

My New Year's Resolution is to appreciate the little things to photograph. To not just look to the majesty of the mountain itself, but for the less obvious, yet just as spectacular images nature is offering up,,,if I just take time to notice. (4 degrees F. temperature - hoar frost on cheeatgrass along a fenceline in Hayden, Idaho)

Nice silhouette but horizon looks tilted.

Nice shot. Somehow the cropping is too square, but otherwise, I like it.

Great shot. I can never take a good photo with the sun in it. Maybe crop a little more off the top and bottom.

Very interesting shot. Are those ice crystals? Good silhouetting. Try to use more of the allowed picture size, I'd like to see this one larger. Good picture.

A most unuasual ice formation... on the fence too? Very nice...that light!

Wow. My only ding would be the horizon isn't level. I might have used the arching branch a little closer to the edge to make it be more of a frame for the sunrise. Actually, I think the branch would have appeared better if you had leveled the shot with the horizon. Sill, I must say, "Wow."

I've never seen anything quite like this! I really like it!
