 No special ingredients. Just a macro of the dome of a soap bubble , which is about burst so the black space near the top with the specks fading. Though a piece of glass was used it's not part of the shot. Just for a smooth surface to blow the bubble on. This shot was highly cropped, but I have others that wheren't and will post those outtakes. Just the shape of the bride here, had to post this one. Even if the others where technically better.




Will try to post more outtakes, of every major stage of the bubble's life.

Very thrilled the voting picked up after the really low first night. Was low as 4.25 with 4 or 5 votes. Also thrilled so many of you appreciated the abstract behind this one. No oil here, just a mixture of soap and some water. Shot straight through the bubble.

Forgot to mention the black space, is just the black background. The top is actually see through. And no extra lens/camera attachments where used. Just the 20D Body + 100mm macro lens. Manually focused.

This was my favorite in the challenge. I've tried to do something like this before but either couldn't get close enough or get it to look as good as this or the outtakes.

It appears as if the lady on the left is being led by children and her other sister. The flowers are being thrown in a very gentle yet sudden motion. It is decoring the floor that the soon to be bride is walking. And she's has never been happier. Love the colors and the composition.

since I know it is a macro, I am thinking oil and water, with one colored...but the colors are so interesting, I don't care if Im wrong.
