From the critique club:
Here are the positives...
It certainly meets the challenge.
The horizon is straight.
The composition(rule of thirds)and cropping are good.

Here are the negatives...
The color seems off, the main surfer looks too blue in his skin.
The photo is slightly too busy. With all the sails(?) in the sky, my eye has trouble finding the important parts.
Lighting on the main subject could be better.

Shame we cant see the sea directly bellow the surfer to give a better idea how high he is.

This shot is just too busy... I don't know where I'm supposed to look. If it was one parasailer and sail it would be much more effective. There's just too much going on here...

I like your perspective, but the shot is too busy. Too many people in the shot at once, extremely distracting. 6.

Very good action shot here!

He looks out of proportion to the other surfers, but that's nothing you've done. The colours are a bit bland, playing with photoshop or your graphics program could have maybe brought them out a bit more. 8

Great action! what a shame the sky is not sparkling blue then it would be an awesome shot! seems a little off focus but a brilliant effort in such circumstances

A bit more contrast would help. Nice capture though.

Wow. The image is really good, but perhaps I´d prefer to see it with more saturation. But, it´s my opinion... 6

Wow that looks like fun. A great capture too, with so much height off the water. It looks like everything is a little bleached and glare covered from too much sunlight, but otherwise a great shot.

Good catch. Maybe a bit overexposed? Lots of action in addition to main subject. Cool shot.
