Love it. I am watching Cutting Edge and the model is giving you the feeling of ice... sans Ice. Grace personafied. Pity about the left foot. |

Congratulations, and thank you for posting the link to the entire shoot. Educational and inspiring. Her poses ran the gamut from awkward and strained to graceful and stunning. You clearly picked the best of the bunch. |

This is just one of the most beautiful images I've ever seen. It's almost magical. Many people mentioned the word "elegant", and that it is. What a lovely piece of work. |

I agree that this is a well derserved blue and well deserved of the 10 I placed on this. I liked this photo for the clarity, framing, and just an overall original idea for the challenge. |

Very nice work!
FYI: you can use the skew tool in PS to fix the verticals without losing the foot. PM me if you want me to show you how.

Nice photo, I really like ballet photos.
I was looking at the whole gallery in the past 15 minutes - congratulations, there are some really nice shots. I think some images are better than this one, if it were a little bit wider (I see you know) the airy and light feeling can be better - and on some of your images it is.
My favourites were: MG 027, 073, 076 and 196.
The environment is really well chosen too. Nice, nice... :) |

Todd, congrats on the Blue!
By the way I think you could've saved the foot if you used the Transform tool after you straightened the shot and pulled the bottom left corner a bit down - it is allowed in the Advanced ruleset. But you're right, don't shoot so tight next time. Cutting right under the foot is not so great compositionally either IMO.

I love the color vs the pale stone, the beauty vs the harsh stone, the flowing breezy look, its just breathtaking. My only critique would be the missing foot, therefore I gave it a 9. If the other foot was in the shot, the scene would have been complete and perfect. |

Classical pose with lovely tilt and graceful choice of ballet attire to match the classic stone work. Would have loved to have the planted feet in the image. 7 |

So elegant, graceful and simple all at the same time. I love how the color of her dress stands out against the columns. My only nitpick (and a small one at that) is I wish it was just a tad wider at the bottom so her foot wasn't cut off. Still a 9 from me. |

Really this is a stunning shot. I can't believe I had this as an 8 when I originally voted. What was I thinking? Surely I didn't knock of 2 whole points because a tiny bit of her foot was cut off? Well anyways now that I'm back to comment and look more critically I can say this is a 10 no doubt. The perspective is so wonderful. |

This one is quite a bit better than the one in theother challenge imo. the diagonals of the dancer work well with the columns, i first thought that a crop in from the R would help but after looking I agree even though the bright area on the R is somewhat distracting - perhaps a bit of burning there may help. finally the colors work well here too, great shot
