Well I think you should have got better than a 438 but look at it like this, you could have got last. haha
Okay anyway... I think the flash might have really hurt you here. You're too close to your subject and the flash bounced off him and reflected back into the camera instead of just lighting him up. I do like the trail in the BG but I think you are in the wrong spot. You should have been more centered and let the road take the eyes around the curve along with your runner.
Also I noticed that you shot this at ISO 400 with 1/400th of a second, any reason why or was it on auto??? |

How weird that all the scores for this shot fell within a five mark radius. I kinda liked the irony of the t-shirt message and the activity and thought the blue hat and logo set it off nicely.
If you know the runner tell him he is over pronating on his right foot a bit and that he should (if he has not already) get insteps for his trainers to help provide cushioning against this (You can get them from any decent sports store) cos if he doesnt then it can cause problems
Look at that comments and medical thoughts in one post....Blimey!!!! |

Good composition. Looks a touch grainy though -- maybe something added during post processing? |

Your focus is just a touch off. It seems that the bottom of his shoe is sharper than the back of his head...
