hahaha! Cute thread! I swear this is one of the cutest, most unusual coincidences I've ever seen. I thought they were the same photo, too! The thumbnails look amazingly identical. You couldn't have done this on purpose if you tried!!! Thankfully you have the proof right here. Love your images.
NICE JOB. We should have a DPChallenge on matching shapes.

| Wow, it's amazing how much these resemble each other. Looking at the thumbnail and comment I thought it was the same as the other one also. It's like you took your Weeping Buddha to the store and searched through baskets of peppers to find something close, but it was all by chance. Excellent angle on the Buddha to show the same shape. |

There is a resemblance it's the rounded lobes / contours that's similar..

| Wow.. very similar. When I was peeking at the thumbnails I thought this one looked familiar, and figured you were just reposting it since you had the "it's not a dog turd" comment. Amazing how much of the shape is the same in the two shots. Great eye to catch it and capture the same "pose". |

| Took me a while to see the budda. I was drawn to the texture and stripes first. Then I thought you added the texture to your pepper picture in pp. Then I read the title and saw the budda. It does look like the pepper. Bet they would make a very good framed piece of art if they were placed in the same frame. |

| It's not just you, they really do look alike. It's amazing! What a neat little sculpture. Nice capture. For me, the light reflections seem to detract just a little bit. They aren't the first thing I notice though, so it is not that bad. Very nicely done. |
