That out of focus tree in front..... I know you wanted the mountain reflection, but it's just drawing my eye away from the cool stuff. (and brought my personal rating down a bit)

Beautiful landscape photo. I think there should be a bit more emphasis on the day-to-night transition, as it's not obvious from the photo alone (had to read the title.)
