Amazing results. I've been looking through your portfolio and I would have sworn you had at least built a little mini-studio or lightbox. Another great image in your series.

The pulp of the lemon is gleaming the background color complimentary to the lemon. The hue of the background color varies which enhances the lemon...

I can see what you mean, but I didn't use any sharpening :)
Looking on the original Tiff it isn't apparent, I think it's an artefact from downsizing for the web :)

I suddenly have a craving for some freshly sqeezed lemonaide! The color and detail that you captured on that lemon is great. Very nice clean crisp image.

Well I'm all puckered up looking at this outstanding macro ! just so fine with the simple background and it does look so real- you could pluck it out of there & drop in your ice tea !
