Went to a park nearby and took a few shots of the random people there. It was definitely awkward for me at first. These two were hanging out in the grass for a long time. The boy was looking at his magazine the majority of the time.

Shot in RAW: adjusted WB/exposure

this looks more posed, than a candid, but I could be wrong.

You caught a great moment and the title tells the story. I like your use of negative space, which underscores the atmosphere of the photo.

Overall, it's lacking in vibrancy and sharpness. I think this would have worked well as a black and white. Regardless, it's eye catching.

Great job my first 9 given this contest. Doesn't appear as a set up portrait but moment caught at percise time and title is perfect. Hope her boyfriend husband doesn't see this lol. psart Well done.

nice stolen moment. I wonder what she is thinking. If that were me and my wife she would be thinking "man i wish he would stop reading that video game magazine":) BTW very fitting title.

I think there is a little too much dead space on the left side of the picture

Good expressions but too soft on the details and the editing obvious on the girls arm and the mans hand.

I like your title. It puts me in mind of her expression, which yoiu've captured very well.

ah, the modern age of the cell phone, where every otherwise sweet moment can be interrupted...neither of them looks very happy-bad news?

Very good image, In photographic terms I really hope this was not a set up, because if it isnt then you have captured a wonderful moment in time. Perhaps in life terms I DO hope it was a set up and that two people who apparently are together arent really such a long distance apart
