I would like to see a little more of the people here, it is a cool picture, but in candids I usually like to see facial expressions.

It feels as if the image needs to be tilted to the left just a bit, but the pole is straight, so I am just assuming it is where you are standing that creates that effect (and the angle of the shot).

I would have liked to se maybe a selective desat on this one to really make the pink have punch

Nice composition although possibly could have done with increasing the aperture to give a better dof
