well, the candid aspect is a little stretch :P He is posing for THE camera, just not yours. I like the DOF.

Very nice composition love the fact that he is focussing totally on the job at hand and this makes for a great candid, bit blown out on the shirt (but I guess you couldnt ask the crew to turn off their lights) however this is a very minor issue on a super image

Not a true candid as he's already posing for a camera. Besides, it's not a great photo apart from the 'I photographed a Z-list celebrity with my camera' factor.
