I like the composition in this, and the balance between the people and the birds. Also, I think black and white works well, because the background isn't "blurred out" so it could be fairly distracting, I would think

I think your focus is a little off. The half a sign in the background seems to be more in focus than the subjects of your shot, human or fauna.

Love the title. It aroused my curiosity enough to break out Google and track down its origin. Can't say I'm a great Mary Poppins fan though!

As for the photo, it is a good street scene, but the birdfeeder kind of gets lost amongst the rest of the scene. I guess I'm a fan of 'in tight' crops.

the pigeon on low down side(in the corner) is a bit distracting wasn' difficult clone out it.

Great candid, possibly could have done with a touch more contrast to add to the 'pop' of the shot
