I have looked at this a few times over the last 2 years ..and I came back to it again tonight...and I am amazed at the detail..if people actually looked at the photo...lol...one of my favorites...

Good one. Very creative! Not realistic for output path and strip width, but this was needed to display what you wanted to.

The emotions this photo evokes is what makes it great - given other content than a birth / death certificate, and this would lose most of its appeal.

Ah, this theme/concept has been widespread in this challenge, understandably. This is a very good conveyance of that idea. The choice of composition is good for this, no superflous elements, everything present serves the theme. A graphic look that I like, and seems to work well. My only minor nitpick, is the hands look a little flat, contrast wise. I wonder if a little different levels or curves tweaking could add a wee punch? A good photo, I like it for this challenge. :-)
