crop and levels, that's about it. I painted a spider through a window screen with a flashlight. I predict 4sville. I hope there are some wackos out there who dig it.

I did have photos that were more focused and better exposed, and that is why they are boring and not here. I won't risk a bore for a score.

I like your motto - "I won't risk a bore for a score." Good words to live by in DPClalaland. I hate bugs of any kind and this one big size just freaks me out. However, at least you made it look pretty with the purples, blues, and reds lol.

Edit to add: I'm going to quote your words on my profile page if that is ok. Today, it just really sound right.

The colors are cool. I would never imagine a spider could look like that. Did you see Jutilda's entry in Why? Look in the OOBIE nominations.

I was away so didn't get to voting but, yes, I'm a wacko who digs it.

It's an arachnophobic's nightmare, the spider looking ghostly and still vividly, menacingly real. Is the mesh protecting or caging the prey?

The optical illusion at the junctures of the mesh add to the dream feeling, bringing in an element that is visible from the corner of the eye, then disappearing on direct viewing.

Yup, I'd hang it on my wall! :D

Not on the theme, but a nice shot, anyway.

I wish the spider was on this side of the screen - we don't get to see all the cool detail - the purples and reds are pretty good but the sharpness could be a lot better
