| Sadly this overhangs the edges on 3 sides. I could see one as artistic but with this composition I just think a shorter focal length should have been used. Good tones and almost a very nice composition. |

| This is a strking landscape though lighting/ weather conditions aren't at their best in terms of really making the image stand out. Although the overcast feel is interesting I think a more obviously stormy sky (or perhaps a fine weather day) would lead to a more memorable result. Composition also doesn't feel 100% balanced to me - the tree is too close to centre to be off-centred but too far from centre to be centred. Please feel free to ignore this comment as I appreciate that it's somewhat rambling in nature!!! |

| i'm surprised you got detail on both the foreground sand, and the background clouds, snow on the hills. nice exposure. |

| This is such a nice tree! I wish it were all there. Lots of negative space around it might also boost the dead and lonely feel to the shot. Nice tones and lighting. 8 |

| wish you hadn't cut off the edges of the tree at left, top and bottom. i would've liked it much more had they been left in. |
