Congrats on the ribbon Maestro, when you told me the score I was pretty confident it would at least ribbon since I figured this would be a low scoring challenge. This is most definately "painting with light" and a worthy winner but I also resent that here on DPC the term painting with light has a whole different meaning in photographs than in the rest of the world of photography and that the photos who didn´t have moving trails of light in them didn´t really stand a chance.
Anyway, again, a worthy winner and great idea so congrats :) |

this is a great photo ... and there's a give away in your shot: i can see a faint outline of your shape around the notes.
it's faint, but my monitor is very, very good and i can see you!!! LOL
great shot though, well worth the ribbon! :) |

| I didn't view or vote this challenge, and I doubt that I would have ever guess how you pulled this off. After reading your setup and execution, I wish I could have given you an 11. One of the most creative setups I've ever seen. A truly under-appreciated effort (though 6.9 ain't bad). Glad you ribboned. The work of a true genius. |

| Wow - one of the best ideas I've seen so far! Could have been ribbon material, but the subject is so small! It also takes a second to see what the "notes" are. I keep wondering how a crop with only the bottom left quarter of the image would have looked. |

| I can't totally wrap my mind around the setup for this shot. I really hope you explain in your post-notes. I'm guessing a car's headlights and flashlights...but I still can't figure out the background...nice job though...very creative. |
