 A snapshot of my niece upon seeing her Christmas presents. I've studied her a long time so I know her reactions. At first I only wanted to highlight her pretty blue dress but when she brought her hand up to cover her blushing cheeks, it became an interesting study or color, texture, layers and detail

Cute portrait. Love the grey and blue and white tones. Lighting is a bit too harsh, from the flash, I would guess and focus could be sharper. In addition, subject is too centered.

Nice picture. I like this a lot and what you did with the desaturation. I think her hand is in an awkward position and she looks like she is sneering a bit
