Excellent image in terms of capture. Love the bokeh. As Mark pointed out the untidiness of the branches does not help the image overall but there is little you can do about that

I like the DOF in this picture. Long enough to keep both dragonflies in focus (great detail in the wings, nice) and short enough to create a blurred background.
I think the main problem with this picture is that the branch is a bit messy. That's nature, not your fault, but it decreases the overall attractiveness of the picture. |
