I think it might be very cool if you got down low right next to the water and shot from there, keeping the trees/sky in the top 1/3 and the water making up the bottom 2/3. A different time of day would also help out as someone already said. |

hi man
tnks for commenting.. thought id return the fav...
you got 182/288.. beat you by 150ish :)
i think a different time of day would help this shot out a bit.. around sunrise/set.. with some richer colors.
also.. i dont know about the little bit of road you got in on the left side of the photo.. maybe adjusting you position could help out the composition.
other an that.. keep shooting..
Rome wasnt built in a day :) |

Good to see you with a new PB, Joe! In the UK, logging is controlled by a government body, The Forestry Commission; only a certain percentage of a wood or forest can be felled at a time and a nature corridor has to be left so that wildlife can move on to a new area. |

I do not see anything cut down, or evidence that it is going to happen. |

The horizon is too centered. I like the photo, but you can see too much of the foreground...
I am not a good photographer, I do not claim to be better than anyone, any criticism is meant to be constructive criticism...... |

Not particularly scenic. More focus needed. |
