 RAW to jpeg in PS Elements 4.0, cloned out white spot in background (upper left-hand corner,)cropped, rotated slightly, Removed Color, Brightness/Contrast, Gradient Map Set on Blue to Black Inverted (Effectively turning a Day shot to Night...with no intent to confuse nor deceive, I just thought that the new coloration...which is allowable...looked pretty cool...so I left it,) Diffuse Glow, Accented Edges, Master Opacity Change, Merge Down, Sharpen Edges, USM, Resized, Saved for Web
