 I saw this during the day, and didn't have a chance to get back there for a night shot. But I think the true essence of the display shows up better during the day. This was actually just a part of a whole scene, which included a dolphin, a fishin reindeer, and a bikinni clad sunbathing Mrs Claus! The shot showing it all was perhaps a bit too tacky

That is pretty tacky! but your picture is a little on the dark side. Wish you had cpatured this at night when it was lit up.

Might have been better if it were taken at night. Too much shadow on the santa but whoa does this fit the challenge! 7

You may have found the tackiest decoration around, but the photo quality doesn't bring him out. Why not focus or crop tightly around Santa? IMHO he also needs more exposure; he is almost grayed out.

LOL...that certainly is tacky...but I think the shot would have been better at night with the lights on.

Technical: fits the challenge. Exposure composition focus lighting all pretty good- would a night shot of this been more interesting to look at?

You could have an all star photo here if you got up close to your subject. The background is distracting.
