Excellent! :) The tones look perfect on my screen. Some LCD's may have a problem and blow the highlights.

Lovely portrait. Beautiful sense of how to compose/crop the image. Her hair frames herself perfectly, which is itself framed by the boundaries of the shot. Her expression is mildly amused and full of intrigue. And oh yes, the eyes! Wow.

She's very pretty, but the image seems a bit flat. Maybe more midtones would help? Maybe more crispness? I still like what you're doing.
