 My little niece at a family get together. She just carried that carrot around the whole time sticking it in bean dip and ranch dip and then licking it.

Not a bad photo, but I find there is too much going on in the background. A shorter depth of feild may have helped, but it would be difficult with that much light and a moving subject.

This is a fine photo of the young girl. The lady with the hanky probably could have been cut out, with any luck. I know children aren't very dark skinned, but this seems a little light still (esp. on the cheek). Still I gave it an 8. Swash

I wonder if you could have cropped this vertically to center around the child more? Nice pucker expression!

The little girl is a GREAT subject...however the people around her are distracting.
