| Good idea! This could be in a microbiology textbook! I like the vibrancy of colors. To improve this, I think that the bacterial colony to the left of the inoculating loop should be in sharp focus, as my eye is drawn there. |

| In my opinion the best most well rounded "scientific" photo. Makes me feel like I am in high school biology class, and it looks beautiful. |

| The left side is out of focus. The scene seems to be real,perhaps for that reason I don't see beauty in this capture..sorry |
