 Took this image in a shrine near my home. Pretty much every shrine or temple area in Japan will have strings which people tie their fortunes to as a form of prayer. They will either be on strings or tied onto the branches trees and bushes in the grounds. Anyway really wanted to do a few more things but no more time. Hope the pic gets someones attention.


-Really wasn't sure if it would be clearly religious enough for a challenge but thought I'd try anyway. Nothing against Christianity or the other major religions but they don't reflect where I am. No harm in an unknown minority making itself known sometimes.

Geez. Actually I am greatful for the title. Yes the picture could use some more pop. But aside from that, I would have never known what this represented without title.

Great idea but this needs more contrast. I like the dark up the top contrasting with the light before. That line in the bottom right corner is a bit distracting.
