increased canvas size width and moved image to the right ... DQ DQ DQ !!!
sharpened and erased in body rising up ...
border, convert to profile sRGB IEC61966-2.1 and saved for web ..
after dq and voting has finished ..
i wanted to show my belief that our soul is on a journey .. the just about feotal and often painful time we can experience here and the yearning for the spiritual that we all feel ...
it was my first long exposure and i didnt have much time ... if i did this again i'd try and make it more real, with a relevant background and more of a message in the posture .. i didnt think i'd even use this image of myself but the one's i took of my daughter all had something wrong with them and i wasnt able to take more photographs ...
i learnt a valuable lesson getting this dq ... when i'm heading for a blue ribbon one of these days .. lol lol lol .. i wont get a dq for increasing the canvas size and totally obliterating the background !!! .. this was definitely not heading for a blue ribbon !! |
