Had fun with this model. worked with her all day and she suggested trying this shot as I was figuring on wrapping it up. So we sat around for another hr to wait for night fall and for them temp to drop. went from a nice 75 to a cold 55 degrees. I want to thank her for getting wet and allowing me to take roughly 30 more pics.

basicly all I did to the image was:
some adjustment in ACR for whitw balance and exposure
Cropped
Did abit of dodge and burn to help isolate michelle
some healing and clone to remove some distractions on the foreground and bumper
abit with levels and curves and saturation
resized applied dome USM and then saved for web

nice interpretation of theme, I like the concept. the headlights are blown-out and reflections in the front bumper are a distraction as is the grass of the left foreground

Unfortunalty, this statement is all too true of today. People worship posessions more than God

my first question; is that a guy? which leads to the second question; what in gods name is he wearing?

This is a tough shot. Model's hair covers Mustang.

sorry, but as a photographer your job is to convince me.

photographically, this is a nice picture. However, I am not convinced that this is religious.

Pulling the car forward to hide the grass on the left would have made a much stronger image to my eye. Also the 'balance' is thrown off by the closer crop on the left. Either pull back to include the space next to the turn signal on the left or come closer to exclude that space on the right. Nice effort, interesting slant on the challange.
