really spectacular image, but there are tow things I think you could have done to make it much better - both imo of course. First a slower shutter speed to blur the water more would have been great, second crop from the bottom above the branch with leaves leaving the frame. Beautiful colors and finishing - the lighting on the tree is really fantastic. One of my favorites from the challenge

| i like the red leaves, active water drops and overall tones. i wonder if you walked to where the droplets were behind the tree and how visual effect would be. No, 2nd thought--I like it as is making it more a interesting and composition. |

| Wonderful and perfect title. The selective desat works in this case. I love the points of the maple leaves in juxtaposition with the blurred drops of the water. This has a nice balance and symmetry, but not in the typical sense. |

| I like the way the rain looks, and I like the division of the frame in half, and I like the strange mottled background. This elevates what could have been a corny concept. You have not exploited your model! :) 7 |
