Peter!!! WOW!!! This is freaking AWESOME! I want it to have a ribbon under it! But congratulations on an honorable mention. It could not be a more flawless, appealing macro. And to catch the bee in flight like that. Having spent hours hunched over flowers for a shot like this (to no avail), I appreciate how difficult it is to do!

I tend to get a little tired of the bugs on this site - but this one is exceptional. There is a wonderful sense of movement in this nice, bright image. I wish there was more DOF but I must say this in still a captivating shot. Nice job.
