| Nice exposure, and I like the echo of the fountain in the flagpole. Missed that little touch the first time through, so bumping you up to a 6 on the second pass. |

looks oversharpened or heavily processed in PS and looks a little pixelated.
The idea in itself is good but the quality of the image lets it down 5 |

| Seems overprocessed to me, perhaps oversharpened. You have a really nice straight horizon, which is very good and you kept with the rule of thirds, so compositionally you did a good job. |
