For some reason this reminds me of the story of the lady who wrote Harry Potter - she'd go to the local coffee shot and sit and write in a notebook. There's a poignancy to this. |

touching and sweet... I wonder how this would look with a little more contrast? The composition is nice here, I like the way the lines of the background are sort of angled. :) |

I like the look of this and the relatively tight crop; nicely composed. But beyond the technicals, I'm very moved by this; the expression on the girl's face: I read longing, sadness, a tiredness beyond what comes from a day out with mom. Combined with the stuff spread out, it really draws me in. I want to do something, to fix it, to give her a toy and her mom some piece of mind (it doesn't hurt that I have a two-year-old). This can, of course, be all wrong; but the image really touches me, and for me that's what it's all about. |

Good candid, very interesting, makes me wonder what she is writing! Might be cropped a bit tight at the top. |

You make me want to know what the people are actually thinking in your photographs. Their dreams, failures and futures seem to come alive. So good. |

Sevil, I really like this shot. You've managed to capture an intimacy in what is clearly an open public spac.
Good B&W conversion, and finished off with a nice frame. Good work. |

Yikes, in one glance you can tell that the two are closely related. I love the stories you tell so dramatically and simply. |

Another great moment in time. I really like how you did the border on this one, it makes it seem like that moment is a movie. Very nice conversion as well. |

To me, it seems like such a talent to be able to capture these amazing moments in life. I would love to get there, someday maybe. This is wonderful!!! |

Great candid. Such a nice story in a concise frame. I like the way you did the borders at top and bottom too. |
