| I like what you captured here, but needs a bit more editing to bring some more detail out of the shadows in my opinion. Feel free to PM me during or after the challenge if you want any PP help with it. |

| Great crop, but the face light is a little too flat. A little more exposure would have helped a good deal. |

| Nicely detailed portrait. Good skin tones and color contrasts. Some reflected natural light would brighten up the highlights around the eyes. |

| Well done. Good focus and detail. Crop is very tight, might benefit from opening it up a bit more. Maybe a bit more contrast would develop his personality a bit more, too. |

I find the lighting a bit flat, but you've engaged him well and caught a nice moment. I think the cropping is fine, but I dont really care too much about the red jacket - this may have been stronger in b&w

| Nice composition. I think the eyes may be a bit too dark though. Also, bumping up the contrast a bit more may help as well. Hope this helps. :) |

| The darkness in the eyes make it hard for me to see them. I the tone of the skin could be better and this image just doesn't have a zing it needs to make the face stand out. |
