| good composition and clarity. seems a little flat or dull (not subject-wise); maybe a bit of contrast adjustment, or if you could shoot at a different time of day to give it a bit more drama with shadows, or something |

| I like the macro but I think your background is too bright. It makes the two blend together and you really shouldn't want that. |

A spiky thing! The background has too many busy elements. I would also have tried getting down lower and shooting it against the blue sky (if a blue sky was available at the time, of course).
