Someone got robbed and, unfortunately, it was you :( You are getting really good with the toning. When I first saw this photo, it reminded me of some of the 'richness' I have seen from some of the low ISO b/w films. I think the richness of the tones in this image almost contradict the bite of the frost. It's definitely an interesting juxtaposition. Excellent work :) |

| I love this shot. The DOF is enticing, and really draws me in and the way the leaves are positioned leads me straight to the leaf that is in focus and has the least amount of snow on it! Very well thought out composition! Lighting is nice, as is the toning of the photo! Overall VERY nice! 9 |

| Good composition here, nice choice to make it black and white... good dof, beautiful texture. A nice solid photo.To me it doesn't really have the WOW factor, but it's still well done. |

| Sometimes the simple world in front of us produces images of great beauty. I'm sure many have walked past plants with the same formations of ice on them, but they probably have never seen the simple beauty you show here. I love your b/w conversions and crisp focus on the ice. Excellent shot! 10 -danny |
