Sometimes you can be so close to something that you can't see it for what it is (or what it looks like, which is all that really matters). I never thought of this shot as blurry or out of focus, and I'm not sure it is. But I think it _looks_ that way. This is actually a reflection of the building from the rear window of a car. Car windows, I'm learning, don't make for the best reflective surfaces -- at least this one didn't. It almost looks doubly reflected in some places, like the glass might be layered. I kind of looked past that when I took this through post-processing. All the same, I'm happy this finished above five; it was a fun experiment. |
