| So I thought I had seen this kind of picture before on a book. I went to the book store and sure enough in the window display is the book "twilight" by stephanie meyer. Is this where you're idea came from? If this is true and people on dpc had known that, it would have scored higher... Sorry, I just can't let go of the score you recvd... |

| you were robbed. i gave a ten for this. the apple looks tempting, the composition is good, i even like the border. it tells a story and thats why i like it! |

| We always want to blame her, don't we? Your apple edges are a bit sharp. Try using a softer brush. Also, the blurring of the hands causes my eye to be distracted. Usually something shot on the same plane will have the same focus. |

| I think I would like this more if the person's arms were completely desaturated (there seems to be a bit of yellow still). |

| the image is quite nice, however I find the border competes with it too much - it makes me think of time magazine. a simple thin white border, or nothing at all would have helped this a bit more. still, good shot! |

| what gives? The hands seem a tad out of focus, but the apple is tack sharp. |

| like the shot, but the yellowish tint of the arms is very distracting. border is too bold IMO |
