| Nice concept for a photo. But the effect of the desaturation is that her legs get lost in that grass, and it makes her look legless! Still, I think you're onto something with that strobe work. |

I saw your photo on another site and I liked it, the scenery with stormy looking skies has a great atmosphere.
well, I liked it but I din't understand the red dress.. now I do :P

I like the feel of this shot and it's a good choice for desat. The haloing around the woman is a little distracting. Good luck in the challenge.

| Your use of tone on the dress is perfect. Had it been BRIGHT red, it would just have ruined it. The white of the clouds here and there is a nice touch. I wonder if a bit of contrast adjustment would have made it have a touch more POP overall. Still, having said that, the caliber of this challenge is very sub-par and this image helps bring it up. 7 |

I really like the overall look of this one. I do wish I could see it at 8x10 instead of 640xWhatever... You do have what appears to be some oversharpening artifacts around the girls arms. I think for this media (DPC) I woulda cropped differently to make her a little more prominent. I think that a more saturated red would also make this pop a bit more at this size!

| Did you intend for the mountain range to line up with the line of her dress? It keeps giving me the impression of a dress just floating there since her legs get lost in the grass and her head and shoulders are separated by the continuous line. |
