Oh how magical is this!
Just a bit more in the post-processing dept, to up the contrast a bit and a little local sharpening would be my direction on it.

incredible moment, her eyes look like two more balloons. the colors are fantastic but i find (at least on my monitor) a bit of blue color cast to her face which is not that appealing, perhaps a bit of fill on her would have helped warm it a bit. i do think with that it would have ribboned - still may, good luck

How lovely having her framed in her balloons. Really brings out the blue in her eyes, although I bet they always look that brilliant. Very pretty image.
