 This is in fact my second idea. Much more original than my first one.

Technical:

Shot in RAW with two Opus Lighting studio strobes and a Sigma ef500DG super flash

PP:

Converted to RAW
Added a greyscale chanel mixer layer (R0, G90, B10)
Erased the Channel mixer layer over the part in the glass
Removed dust in the glass with the healing brush
applied dust and scratch (2, 0) on the same part and removed some more dust with the healing brush
resized to 640, flattened, sharpened (250, 0.3, 0)
Saved for web et voila.

Hope for my team it od very very well.

I really like your idea. A nice clean , clear and crisp shot. The 3 c's if you will ;) Nicely composed too.

I think I'd like this picture better if the glasses weren't there and you just had the strawberry in color.
