upping the exposure on this one would just blow out the top half of the photo.. if you were to up the exposure, you would need something to help out with ur dinamic range. A grad ND filter, or computer generated HDR.
But i like the dark blue cloud.. makes it seem very moody, angry, ominous, fierce, dangerous..

| To me it is too dark with not a real eye drawing part. I find the sign distracting ... but, as these things always are it is a matter of taste. I am not sure how I would have tried to shoot it differently other than moving so the signs weren't in the way and maybe bumped up the exposure slightly. |
