Nice Shot, I bet you that snake had his picture taken more in one hour than he did an entire year prior. |

Nice image. Love the lines and colors. The one thing that really strikes me is the DOF is a bit too shallow, leaving some parts out of focus. I think this would be better if the entire snake was in sharp focus. |

he's so cool.....! I wonder if a polarising filter would taken the sheen of him and given more depth to teh colours - 7 |

This is a really cool photograph, i love the texture of the scales because even though its very smooth the texture brings out a different energy and a pattern that connectes the whole photo, great job, if this was taken through a window i REALLY applaud you |

You get kudos just for that funny title :-) Having picked up many snakes (I'm a big fan) I agree that they are suprisingly soft and silky to the touch! I think this is a great entry, though I'm sure you'll get dinged by people who don't realize how nice the skin of the snake really is. |

Beautiful color. I'm scared of snakes but I'm gonna give this one high points because he has been photographed so well. |

i'm usually a fan of the very narrow dof but i think this would be better with the whole snake in focus. truly a beautiful photo, 7 |

I like the picture but not the DOF. I'd rather the entire snake was in focus. The top coil being out of focus is kinda distracting to me. |
